Q: WILL MY ACCOUNT NUMBERS REMAIN THE SAME?
A: Yes, your account numbers will remain the same and will remain at Fidelity. Your accounts will be invested in the same models you are currently in.
Q: Why is the account value section NOT EXACT?
(Example: Client balance is $227,246.75 but SIS shows $227,000.00)
A: This is the approximate value. Our system prompts us to enter the nearest whole number or the closest number to the current balance. Your entire balance will be invested into the model.
Q: I am not in the correct model or I want to change the amount of risk on my account.
